This shear was brought through the Shear Power Corp. shop for a full tear down, and thorough Inspection. Upon completion we offer a LIKE NEW, Rebuilt Genesis shear that is in Work Ready condition, with Warranty and the reliability of New.

Repairs Completed:

All covers removed
All components removed
Complete steam clean of the structure, and body of the shear
All areas thoroughly inspected for signs of excessive wear, cracks, or concern
All required welding Build-up completed to specification
New JawArmour installed to specification
All blade seats thoroughly inspected, tested, and adjusted as required to ensure a flat/square fit with blade
Rotation bearing inspected for play, OK
Hydraulic cylinder resealed
Hydraulic swivel manifold resealed
Hydraulic "Regeneration" valve resealed, and cartridges tested, replaced as necessary
Rotation gearbox tear down, inspect, and reseal. New oil filled to spec
NEW upper jaw installed. (Manufactured by Shearcore using one solid 6" piece of Weldox steel as done in all Fortress shears for optimal Strength and reliability)
New pivot shaft & bushings, shimmed to specification
New blade set installed, and shimmed to specification
All points were greased to ensure proper lubrication in all areas
All components, and shear painted
New decals installed
